Tessa provided me with important information about what was happening with my arm. She provided me with exercises that that gave me relief. If the suggestions were not helpful she changed the plan. I trusted the plan and continued the exercises.I still do. I also was pleased with the time plan and could count on my progress.I hope I can rely on help in the future.

I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis thorough an MRI about 10 years ago. I was told that I would eventually need surgery. Recently, it got much worse. 30 minutes to get out of bed. I decided to make an appointment with a chiropractor. His diagnosis was arthritis more than stenosis. Mean time My insurance carrier presented VORI- an addition to my coverage- no charge. I jumped at it. I receive virtual appointment in one week with Jim Fiechtl, MD. Same diagnosis as the chiropractor. I started daily virtual exercises assigned by Mark Milligan, PT. I virtual visited about every two weeks. The pain started to subside after about 3 weeks. It has been about 2 months and I am pain-free. I could not be more relieved-and- no charge. It is an excellent addition to my insurance coverage.

After breaking my right foot the hospital never sent me to rehab after cast removal. Took a year to be able to walk during a normal work day. My therapist had me walking with no pain in a couple months, She did great.

When I started, I was feeling hopeless about my body. By the time I finished, I was feeling optimistic about my body! Last week I was playing basketball with my nephew, and for the first time in as long as I can remember, I was able to play pain-free. It was one of those things where I realized my shoulder didn't hurt anymore and I kind of giggled to myself because I never really thought it would feel better.

I was all set to go to my regular PT for shoulder pain that would not improve on its own. Then I received a flyer from my insurance informing me of a new opinion being offered. II signed up immediately and then canceled my PT appointment at my provider. Using Vori Health gave me the freedom to schedule appointments based on what days and times worked for me. I not only saved time by driving to my appointments but also money that would have been spent on copays. That was one reason I held off on going to PT. The process was so easy and the staff that were assigned to me were caring.

Couldn't access my former physical therapist when I felt injured during marathon training but received a mailed brochure from Vori and decided to give it a chance. After an initial consultation, I began the regimen of exercised prescribed and within about three days was already feeling significant relief. I continued with these and additional exercises prescribed over a period of weeks during my training and was able to complete my training and my marathon without significant setbacks. I'd call that success in all caps.

During the summer of 2023, I tried to walk across a parking lot with my sister and couldn’t keep up with her even when she walked very slowly. I couldn’t go down the stairs without pain and had to put one foot down at a time. I couldn’t stand in one place without pain for very long. I knew I had to find out what was wrong with my knees. I went to my doctor and he did x-rays and found nothing seriously wrong but suggested physical therapy. Since my insurance covered using Vori Health, I decided to try their program even though I wasn’t sure about having sessions online. I started meeting with Jared Aguilar and set up some simple goals. I wanted to help with a volunteer organization and knew I would need to stand and go up and down stairs. I also wanted to be able to hike and dance again. Over time, I started feeling better using the exercises that Jared recommended. I now can run up and down stairs and stand for long periods. I feel better now than I have for years. I highly recommend the program Jared set up for me and appreciate how he listened to my concerns. I will continue doing the exercises daily because they have changed my life. Thank you!!

I was suffering from extreme pain from a pinched nerve in my neck. My doctor suggested Physical Therapy for me. I live in a small town. We have 2 choices for PT, in the past, I have done both, with very little success. 1st there is a large room with many PTs and many clients all in one huge room waiting for their turn. Lots going on, PT’s working more than 1 client, me waiting, paying $35. twice weekly, for weeks at a time. And the 2nd option is with 2 PT’s, each working with a client, giving instructions, going back to their office, while client does the activity, then returning with more instructions. The same $35. per visit, I reluctantly decided to try this again. After many weeks & no improvement, I was told I needed pain management. I didn’t do that and I never went back. I continued doing exercises at home on a daily basis and I started to get better. This summer, I received a piece of mail from Vori Health. The mail was from my insurance company, Excellus. After reading a brief explanation of what Vori Health was and what It could do for me (“from head to toe”), I went online and signed up… plus there was no cost to me. I received a call from Vori and an appointment was set with Dr.Carolyn Chudy and a PT M.S. Choi. We talked, lots of questions and answers went back and forth, and they were confident they could help me. The Vori Health program was a blessing. The doctor and the PT set up my program. My first PT session at Vori I was given exercises to do. MC watched me do the exercise and showed me adjustments, by demonstration, to make sure I was successful. I could now do these exercises anytime that was convenient for me using the Vori app! I could also ask questions and get clarification any time using the app. My questions were always answered. I was feeling better in a shorter period of time because I would do these exercises with the app almost daily, with instructions, if I needed or without once I learned the movements. My pinched nerve is gone! My balance has improved immensely. I experienced such caring, intelligent, people, and there was no charge to me! Vori Health is such an amazing, successful program for me! I’ve been telling all my friends! I am feeling so much better..Thank You so much to Vori Health and to the Dr.Chudy and PT MC. Choi. who worked with me! Thank you so much.

This was the first time that I experimented using telehealth. I couldn't have been happier with the results. After an audio glitch was cleared up I got to meet with not one, but two doctors to help me with diagnosing and then providing therapy for a sore shoulder area. I was able to do exercises that they could watch from the camera and I could describe how each of the exercises made me feel. This then unable them to narrow down the actual cause of the soreness. Then the physical therapist took over and was able to give me some exercises and then even better, send me videos that actually could provide AI assistance and making sure I did the physical therapy exercises correctly. I was able to send chat messages if necessary. I have improved greatly and have ceased having appointments as I seem to be on the right track. Best of all, I had no out of pocket expenses. It all seemed to run pretty well. It might not be the right answer for every kind of situation but it certainly was excellent for the needs that I had in this particular case. Thanks guys!
