I came to physical therapy with neck and shoulder pain, and I’m amazed at the progress I’ve made. The exercises were targeted and effective, and my therapist was knowledgeable, supportive, and made the whole process enjoyable. I’m feeling so much better and I'm happy with the results!

My name is Ashley Fuller, and I am a 37-year-old retired elite gymnast. I internationally competed in the world of trampoline, synchronized trampoline, double mini, and power tumbling. But nearly 20 years ago, I had to walk away from it all. Recurring back injuries and chronic pain forced me into retirement, leaving me heartbroken and disillusioned. Gymnastics had been my life, and suddenly, it was out of reach. For years, I carried that loss with me. I still loved the sport, but I resented the fact that my body couldn’t keep up with my passion. Then, in 2024, I watched Simone Biles and the "Golden Girls" compete in the Olympics, and something inside me reignited. A voice whispered, You still have a little gymnastics left in you. And at that moment, I decided—I was going to give gymnastics another shot. I found a gym, a private coach, and stepped back onto the floor with cautious excitement. The first few weeks felt incredible. My body remembered everything. It was like riding a bike. The soreness was there, but so was the joy. Then, just as I was gaining confidence, my body reminded me of its limits—I tore my hamstring. Suddenly, the simplest skill, a roundoff, was impossible. I ignored the pain, determined to push through. But then, my sciatic nerve pinched, and even walking up the stairs became a struggle. After 4 months of not being able to tumble, I started to accept that maybe my time as a gymnast was truly done. But then, a pamphlet arrived in the mail—my insurance offered a program called Celeste, and through it, I discovered Vori Health. I was skeptical. An online physical therapy program? Could that really help me? But something told me to give it a shot. From the moment I met the Vori Health team, I knew I was in the right hands. They didn’t just see my injuries—they saw my potential. They built a personalized care plan, giving me the tools to strengthen and rehabilitate my back, hip, and hamstring. Every stretch, every movement, every bit of guidance they provided was another step toward my recovery. It wasn’t easy. There were setbacks. There were doubts. But I kept going, and Vori Health was with me every step of the way. And now? I can tumble again. I can move freely, without pain holding me back. Vori Health didn’t just help me heal—they gave me my passion back. I am living proof that setbacks don’t define us. With the right support, determination, and belief in ourselves, we can rewrite our stories. Gymnastics is part of who I am, and thanks to Vori Health, I get to embrace that again. Never stop believing! Because sometimes, the best chapters are the ones we have to fight the hardest to write.

My arm hurt from my elbow to my shoulder. My sleep was interrupted and every night, I would need to get up to take two more Ibuprofen and rub Cryoderm on my arm. After doing physical therapy exercises Vori suggested, only my shoulder is aching a bit. I no longer use Cryoderm and often don't need pain pills. I am almost mended and am grateful for the advice provided by Tessy and her colleagues.

Working with Tessy through Vori was a very positive experience for me. I have arthritis in my wrists and had an incident with a lot of pain and inflammation. Tessy worked with me over the last several months and now I am at a very low and only occasional pain level. She gave me exercises that I could complete with a "computer coach", suggestions on mitigating the pain plus she gave me guidance on using accessories (such as supportive gloves) that have helped greatly. Tessy was professional and friendly. I would recommend Vori to anyone that needs health guidance.

Dr. Pena, Jared and Hannah were amazing! This team absolutely met me where I was with my back discomfort, asked questions to learn where I was struggling, and made helpful, easy to implement recommendations that WORKED! I appreciated meeting with each of them, as well as the careplan with the video directed exercises - the guided video with instructions on whether you were doing the exercise properly was helpful to me.

Vori Health has been a remarkable service for my situation. As a caretaker for a spouse with dementia, I have been able to access physical therapy for my knee during the past 2 months with a convenience that kept me motivated. Everyone I worked with was very helpful, listened to my concerns and responded to all my questions. In the past I have had physical therapy in person on other body parts. This was one of the best experiences I have had and would highly recommend it.

When I started this gurney I have to admit I Was nervous. But the staff was all very nice and patient with me. My goals were to feel less pain. AT times I was in so much pain It was hard to focus on anything but the pain. I was at the point to try anything to stop it. They lessened the pain with the therapy exercises. At this point I'm not sure if it would cure it completely yet. But I do feel better without surgery.

I'd been living with almost constant back pain for years and it got much worse when we got new horses who had to be kept in stalls overnight. By the time I was cleaning the second stall there were tears. So I knew I had to do something and since my insurance plan offered PT through Vori I thought I'd give it a try. I'm amazed at the results! Working with Tessy as my therapist has been great. She devised an exercise plan for me that would strengthen the proper muscles and get me to use my body correctly. Even for things like cleaning horse stalls and picking up the horses' hooves as I groom them! And it has worked...I can do all the barn chores almost completely without pain (still have a little way to go in training myself to remember how to move at times) and the constant pain I used to feel throughout the day is a thing of the past. I was skeptical about how to work the exercises with the computer but that is actually better than just going to a PT facility once or twice a week as it's easy to fall into bad habits without someone watching you do the exercises. The AI cues for what needs to be changed as I work through the exercises are very helpful, although there are times that I just want to yell back at her "I'm trying!" But seriously...this is a great program and I'm thankful. I'd definitely recommend Vori Health PT to anyone.

I was in the middle of selling my home and business of 30 years when I got in serious physical pain. Prolonged periods of stress and that cause muscle spasms throughout my right lower extremities, impairing my ability to walk, sit and relax. My insurance plan offer free PT support right in my home on my computer. I met with live people who accessed my disability and provided a plan of PT exercise to help me out of the pain. I was able to follow the guided workout whenever and how often I could manage it with live weekly follow-up visits from the Vori doctor, who was wonderfully supportive. If you are tech savvy enough or have a person to help you get there, this is one of the best innovations in health care I’ve experienced. Bringing the practice right into your home, not needing to go anywhere and move at your own pace is a gift to healing.

Why did I wait so long? I was hurt playing pickleball in March. Did the Chiropractor thing but my knee never really recovered but got better. Figured nothing I could do and wasn't stopping me from playing. I finally said let me see if PT could help. It was easy and could do it all from my home computer. I had an outstanding doctor with great credentials and a separate PT therapist. They worked together and came up with a 15 minute daily routine that fit my exact issues. After just 2 weeks I could feel a difference. I had follow up calls as desired. With the increased confidence in my knee my pickleball game improved as well. What do you have to lose. Don't wait so long as I did. Get this team working for you. You will be glad you did.
