Five Stars all day long!!! I was very hesitant to try this avenue of care. I had over done it with some painting and working out and developed tendonitis in my elbow. This was extremely frustrating as my fitness is a central component of my self care. I just wanted to get back into my workout pain free!! I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor and physical therapist were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I tell all my friends that they should consider doing this if they have an issue! Very effective and helpful! I was very impressed with Jared and his continued commitment to my issue and it's resolution. Thanks so much!!

When I started Vori Health, I was walking like the Hunchback of Notre Dame--hunched over and limping. I couldn't straighten up and I swayed side-to-side. I had chronic--and I mean daily--pain in my back and left hip that hurt me everyday and prevented me from doing things I like to do (gardening, walking) without suffering a great deal of pain. I'd been having back problems for more than 20 years; a recent diagnosis in 2022 diagnosed me via MRI with spondylolisthesis grade 2 in the lower lumbar area. But I also had chronic hip pain for about the last eight or nine years and didn't know what was causing it. My rheumatologist did do an MRI of that hip in 2019; the only thing he said was that I could no longer take any prednisone for pain. When I started with Vori, I was hoping I'd find ways to alleviate this chronic back and hip pain and become more able to do the things I like to do. The physician, Dr. Elizabeth Pena, and the Physical Therapist, Domenica Potena, who worked with me for the past several months helped me achieve great success with the back pain. It is virtually gone; rarely do I feel any pain and I walk with a straight back. To keep my back straight and pain-free, Domenica taught me exercises that helped me strengthen my back, hips and legs to the point where I can stand straight without pain. I use her prescribed exercise program daily, as instructed. During the weeks we worked together, she refined the exercise program, custom-tailoring it to what she came to learn I needed. Exercise is the prescription that is saving me from having back surgery. Regarding my hip, Domenica gave me exercises to strengthen my left hip. The strength of my hip as improved; I can remember back when Domenica and I started, I could barely lift my left leg to do any abductor or adductor exercises. So there has been improvement, but the pain is still there, sometimes quite severe. At that point, Dr. Pena prescribed an x-ray of my left hip. What we found out is that I have a cam deformity and advanced osteoarthritis, and Dr. Pena has referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. I can't thank her enough for that x-ray and a good diagnosis of what may possibly be the cause of the chronic pain in my hip. My thanks to Dr. Pena and Domenica for all the time and effort they put into helping me get back to being active and pain-free once again!

I broke my humerus in 2 places, after a bad fall on the ice in mid December. I needed PT, but this winter was a snowy icy winter and I couldn't drive. I would need to depend on others and also worried about slipping on the ice again. I remembered receiving a flyer about Vori Health from my insurance company, so I checked it out. I could not believe the thoroughness of the service, from the very beginning! Having a doctor, Elizabeth Pena, speak with me at length at the first appointment was wonderful. But what's more, my therapist, Myung Soo Choi, was wonderful and the program delivered the best PT experience I ever had! The videos of personalized exercises with live guidance using your camera was brilliant! I believe I progressed faster with this program than I could have with any other. I tell everyone I know about the program. Keep it up!

I have used virtual PT before and the availability of my Dr, the quality of the program and the fact that I don't need sensors all over my shoulder and body is just perfect for me and exceeds my previous experience. It really takes away any excuse to not take care of your body. My shoulder feels much better! To the point to where recently someone made a comment about my basketball game and I told them "my shoulder is back!". I encourage the continued advancement and marketing of this technology and am a big advocate for Vori health and this type of PT. I also feel fortunate to have the genuine and clearly effective care from Dr. Patrick. He has worked to tailor my treatment plan to get the results I want. I get to run basketball games with people half my age and my shoulder PT is a big reason why!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yKVhr9q8dGY&ab_channel=AshleyF I made a video for my testimony, but here is also the text: My name is Ashley Fuller, and I am a 37-year-old retired elite gymnast. I internationally competed in the world of trampoline, synchronized trampoline, double mini, and power tumbling. But nearly 20 years ago, I had to walk away from it all. Recurring back injuries and chronic pain forced me into retirement, leaving me heartbroken and disillusioned. Gymnastics had been my life, and suddenly, it was out of reach. For years, I carried that loss with me. I still loved the sport, but I resented the fact that my body couldn’t keep up with my passion. Then, in 2024, I watched Simone Biles and the "Golden Girls" compete in the Olympics, and something inside me reignited. A voice whispered, You still have a little gymnastics left in you. And at that moment, I decided—I was going to give gymnastics another shot. I found a gym, a private coach, and stepped back onto the floor with cautious excitement. The first few weeks felt incredible. My body remembered everything. It was like riding a bike. The soreness was there, but so was the joy. Then, just as I was gaining confidence, my body reminded me of its limits—I tore my hamstring. Suddenly, the simplest skill, a roundoff, was impossible. I ignored the pain, determined to push through. But then, my sciatic nerve pinched, and even walking up the stairs became a struggle. After 4 months of not being able to tumble, I started to accept that maybe my time as a gymnast was truly done. But then, a pamphlet arrived in the mail—my insurance offered a program called Celeste, and through it, I discovered Vori Health. I was skeptical. An online physical therapy program? Could that really help me? But something told me to give it a shot. From the moment I met the Vori Health team, I knew I was in the right hands. They didn’t just see my injuries—they saw my potential. They built a personalized care plan, giving me the tools to strengthen and rehabilitate my back, hip, and hamstring. Every stretch, every movement, every bit of guidance they provided was another step toward my recovery. It wasn’t easy. There were setbacks. There were doubts. But I kept going, and Vori Health was with me every step of the way. And now? I can tumble again. I can move freely, without pain holding me back. Vori Health didn’t just help me heal—they gave me my passion back. I am living proof that setbacks don’t define us. With the right support, determination, and belief in ourselves, we can rewrite our stories. Gymnastics is part of who I am, and thanks to Vori Health, I get to embrace that again. Never stop believing! Because sometimes, the best chapters are the ones we have to fight the hardest to write.

My arm hurt from my elbow to my shoulder. My sleep was interrupted and every night, I would need to get up to take two more Ibuprofen and rub Cryoderm on my arm. After doing physical therapy exercises Vori suggested, only my shoulder is aching a bit. I no longer use Cryoderm and often don't need pain pills. I am almost mended and am grateful for the advice provided by Tessy and her colleagues.

Working with Tessy through Vori was a very positive experience for me. I have arthritis in my wrists and had an incident with a lot of pain and inflammation. Tessy worked with me over the last several months and now I am at a very low and only occasional pain level. She gave me exercises that I could complete with a "computer coach", suggestions on mitigating the pain plus she gave me guidance on using accessories (such as supportive gloves) that have helped greatly. Tessy was professional and friendly. I would recommend Vori to anyone that needs health guidance.
