I'm a weightlifter of 20 years. For the past several years I've been experiencing pain in my forearms. After physical therapy elsewhere, needling, and various doctor appointments, no one could figure it out. I eventually was referred to Vori where my therapist was Jared. Jared understood the frustration of what I was going through. Jared is also a weightlifter, so he's not just another behind-the-desk doctor who guesses. He explained what the issue was and applied it to my weightlifting hobby. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. I finally had an answer about what my aliment was and had the correct therapy for it. I also saw progress in my sore arm. But it wasn't blind progress, it was slow progress because I was actually breaking the muscle down so it can repair itself. If it wasn't for Jared, I would have had to deal with this pain and give up lifting weights, and pretty much be miserable. His knowledge, patience, and dedication to fixing my arm was incredibly impressive. He is unbelievably intelligent while still being a pleasure to spend a half hour each week with. I actually looked forward to it.

I’ve spent 20 years suffering with a failed L4/L5. Many surgeries, neurostimulator, Intrathecal Pump. When I started therapy, I was 5-6/10, no walking, no sleeping. We developed a plan, and I started down the path. My therapist offered an idea on retraining my brain. I started working with the app from Neuro Orthopedic Institute. A few weeks later, I can sleep on my right side for the first time in twenty years. My felt pain is minimal. My O2 levels are 94 (was 84). Things are going crazy well.

I've had lower back pain for 30 years. I spoke with my doctor about it, and I tried physical therapy once, but without relief. The only thing that really worked was ibuprofen, although I didn't want to take it every day. I had an option to give Vori Health a try. The first visit I met online with a physician and a physical therapist. Based on the diagnosis from that appointment, my physical therapist and I began working on an exercise regimen that I could do at home. I was a little surprised at how much relief I had during that very first week. By the time of my second appointment, I was very open to his suggestions. However, there were two exercises that caused me a struggle. The physical therapist recommended a variation to try, and they worked better for me. I'm a little bit lazy, and I do better with chores if I don't have to talk myself into them. I made a recording on my phone--21 minutes long--that guides me in every exercise. With my PT habit now firmly in place, my pain rating (0-10) these days is usually at zero. My pain never gets above a rating of 2. Life is easier and more rewarding these days. I'm so grateful to have an effective exercise program devised for my diagnosis and modified for my particular needs. Outside it is a late winter day with blue skies and bright sunshine. I'm going for a walk now, and I won't be needing ibuprofen.

I had a stabbing pain in my hip and leg that stopped me from my regular jogging routine. It also flared up frequently as I was walking, and made our trip to Europe quite painful off and on. My doctor diagnosed my problem as sciatica and gave me a few stretches to do on a daily basis. I believe it was my health insurance which recommended Vori Health, after I saw my doctor so I contacted Vori Health and started into their program. I believe it has been about 6 weeks that I have been working with the Vori Health team and I am feeling so much better! In fact, I plan to run a 5k race tomorrow and a 10k race in two weeks. I met with Dr. Fiechtl first via a video call and he was very thorough in diagnosing my problem. He then brought Patrick, my physical therapist on the same video call and together they discussed my program. I have met with Patrick every week since and he quickly helped me set my goal of being able to run my 10k run on November 18th. The next day or two they also brought on Dorothy, my health coach. She was awesome, and learned my goals and health challenges, and she and I set some goals to address those challenges. I've met with her also every week since. She has regularly also sent me articles to address my various diet and rest goals. Overall, I feel so much better and am thrilled to be back running three times a week as I was before. I highly recommend the team at Vori Health, they have made all the difference for me.
