Vori’s care team is comprised of a physician and advanced practice provider, physical therapist, certified health coach, and registered dietitian.

Many patients will find relief through Vori without surgery. For those who do not, Vori will coordinate with SonoSpine Patient Care Managers to initiate surgical evaluation.

If patients have a computer or smartphone with a webcam and an internet connection, they will have all of the equipment that they will need. Ideally, they will check to ensure their device is operating on the most up-to-date version, and then simply download our app or click "Sign Up" on our website to get started.
Their video visit will take place within their account. On the day of their visit, they simply log in on their computer or smartphone and check into their visit. They will be placed in a waiting room to answer a few questions before the first provider comes in to see them.
During a care team visit, a patient’s goals, overall physical function, biopsychosocial factors, and nutritional habits are discussed with the patient by a multidisciplinary team. Based on the various findings and patient feedback, our clinicians create a comprehensive care plan for the patient to participate in, with the frequent support and oversight of our clinical team.

We accept many different types of insurance policies and plans; however, we do not currently accept Medicaid. Insurance coverage may vary depending on the type of insurance and the state. Please reach out to us at 888-957-7463 and we will be glad to discuss your insurance coverage options with you.
We also provide a cash pay option for patients who do not have insurance or are out-of-network.
